State Authorizations
The DMSc program at MBKU in California must comply with state authorization laws for offering distance education in other states. These laws require that universities obtain approval from each state where they plan to enroll students. Following these rules is essential to uphold the program’s integrity and keep students eligible to participate.
MBKU is authorized to offer the DMSc program only in certain states where approval has been granted. Students must reside in a state where MBKU is authorized to enroll students. Students who relocate to a state where MBKU is not approved to offer the program will be disenrolled at the end of the current academic term and will be unable to continue in the program. Students must immediately notify MBKU of any changes to their residence and understand that failing to do so may result in administrative action, including disenrollment.
The University maintains an up-to-date list of approved states for offering the program in the Accreditation section on the DMSc page of the MBKU website.
